All Fibre-Shelkote pool products are fully warranted by UGlassIt Pool Resurfacing, Inc. for ten (10) years against failure when applied by our Authorized Application Specialists. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, acts of God, or abuse (animal or human).
The finish coat on all fiberglass is some variation of gelcoat. The pool industry must use swimming pool gelcoat (due to chemicals, body fluids, tanning lotions, etc.), which must be replaced every 12-15 years in residential pools, and every 8-10 years in commercial pools.
